As well as the physical act of doing make-up, I have always written about beauty too. I have contributed features and quotes to magazines such as Psychologies, Top Sante, Natural Product News and InStyle. I have also been a beauty editor for SIX Magazine and EggMag.
This green beauty blog is a place for me to fuse my writing, make-up and all my other green beauty passions. I’ve gained so much knowledge and insight from the industry over the last ten years, and I want to share it with you.
Green beauty can be confusing at the best of times; I’d love to use my journey to help guide you on your journey into green beauty. My aim is to provide you with lots of positive information, and also encourage you to go on and do your own research; I think it is important to all have our own personal values.
I also want you to enjoy the journey, I’ve seen many people get stressed when trying to switch their beauty routines to a greener one. Make-up and beauty is fun. We have enough stress in our lives, choosing a lipstick or moisturiser should be reducing it not adding to it. I think as long as we’re all trying our best and aware about the products we are using, we’re getting there.
I really hope you enjoy the blog. If you have any questions than please drop me a line on firstname.lastname@example.org I’d love to hear from you.
