Get the look – Birdy at the BFI gala..

It is always such a pleasure to do Birdy’s make-up 🙂 and it was lovely working with her again on Tuesday for the BFI gala to kick off their London Film Festival. She looked incredible in her stunning blue dress.

Birdy has the most gorgeous alabaster skin and doesn’t need much foundation at all. I prepped her skin using Nourish Skincare’s Skin Renew Cleanser and Bodhi and Birch’s Desert Rose Facial Oil, then I used Juice Beauty’s Flawless Serum Foundation to even her skintone out. I mixed the two lightest colours Fair and Buff together, and applied using a brush and my fingers to work it into the skin. Like I said Birdy does not need a lot, so I used minimal coverage just where she needed it. Under her eyes and around her nose I used a little W3LL PEOPLE concealer in Fair.

For Birdy’s blush I used Ilia’s Multi-stick in At Last and added a highlight using Cosmic Dancer. I then set down the t-zone and under eyes with Ilia’s loose powder.

On Birdy’s eyes I used a Kjaer Weis eyeshadow in Cloud Nine and then lined using RMS Beauty’s new cake liner which I’m really liking, and for mascara I used W3LL PEOPLE.

I first filled in Birdy’s lips using The Organic Pharmacy’s lip pencil in Dark Nude and then went over with a mix of Burt’s Bees lipstick in Russet River and Crimson Coast.

I also painted Birdy’s nails using Kure Bazaar and ran a little of Tabitha James Kraan hair oil through her locks.

Hope you like it! Do you use any of these products?
